Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth exchange process for you.
Exchange Policy:
1) We will gladly accept any unused, unworn merchandise with original tags within 10 Days of purchase for an exchange.
2) If you wish to exchange any product, please complete the Exchange Form (which can be found in the Flyer) and include it with your return shipment.
3) The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address. (House #R-191, Street 40, Block B, Saima Arabian Villas, Karachi)
4) Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
5) There will be a Rs.100 charge for your exchange parcel delivery.
6) No exchange will be entertained for items with minor faults or on clearance sale items.
Note: If your requested exchange item(s) are out of stock, our customer support team will contact you at the provided number.

- Repack Merchandise
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Exchange Form are included with your return shipment.
